Add a Printer in Citrix

 

Open up my computer or computer
Go to the public share drive which is drive p:
Go into a folder called scripts
Go into either cii or cfi depending on your position.
Double click the file called Add Printer ######## [your city name]
Your printers will now be working.

or

Click start
Click devices and printers
Click add a printer
Click printer I want isn't listed
Click network
Choose the middle option
Enter in \\print2\ and it will list all the printers
Select the ######## [your city name & printer] printer you need
click ok
