In order to reset the screen you must get someone that has access to signon to green screen.

From the main menu press F5 to access Services Menu

Press Page Down to go to the bottom page and put 1 select Re-Activate Screens then hit Enter key. Now all the green screens has been reset and ready for signon again.
Press F12 to exit.
