After-Hours Support:

Cole IT does not offer 24/7 regular IT support. The regular IT support is M - F, 7:00am to 4:30pm Calgary time. We do however offer Emergency support 24/7.

If you are outside our regular office hours, and your issue can wait until the IT Dept is back, you should put in a ticket to the ticketing system. Someone will look at the issue when we are back in the office.

If you are outside our regular office hours, and your issue is urgent, you should put in a ticket and e-mail ITSupport@coleintl.com indicating that your ticket is "Urgent". Often, someone is working weekends or nights applying patches to servers, and they may see your ticket and help you. If no one contacts you after half an hour, you should call the After-Hours IT Support cell phone.

If you are outside our regular office hours, and your issue is an emergency, you should put in a ticket and e-mail ITSupport@coleintl.com, and immediately call the After-Hours IT Support cell phone.
