The IT Support dept is primarily made up of five people

Ton Tran, Khoy Chea, Donald Mackenize, Eric Marshall and Rick Talbot (Managing)

When you have a computer problem, you should put in a ticket using the ticketing system. You should give us as much detail as possible, including any error messages you might be getting.

Create an IT Ticket

If you are unable to do that, you should email ITSupport@coleintl.com explaining your issue. You should give us as much detail as possible, including any error messages you might be getting. Emails are given lower priority then tickets

If you are unable to do that, you should call someone on the IT Support staff. You should give us as much detail as possible, including any error messages you might be getting.

If you can't get ahold of a support staff person, either press 0 during their voice mail and have the front receptionist page anyonre from IT or leave one of them a voice message and he will return your call promptly.

 

If they are unavailable and/or it is a rush/urgent problem, you can contact anyone in the IT department who will help you or put you in touch with someone who can help you.
